Jigawa State Government has extended the work at home for civil servants in the State for additional one week beginning from Tuesday June 16th, 2020 to June 23rd 2020.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of the Civil Service Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila and made available to newsmen in Dutse.
The statement directed Civil Servants in the State to continue observing the work at home order for additional week so as to avoid unnecessary outbreak or further spread of the deadly Corona Virus in the State.
He said that the extension became necessary with the present Government’s determination and commitment to ensure that all proactive measures are put in place to stop further spread of the deadly Corona Virus in the State.
Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila, however, commended the Civil Servants across the State for their unflinching support on the work at home order.
He then appealed to the Civil Servants to strictly adhere to directives by the State Government, urging them to continue to observe social distancing, wash their hands regularly and stay-at-home order to avoid being infected.
