“I’m urging Nigerians to pray hard towards seeing an end of the global pandemic of COVID-19, as we finished fasting in the month of Ramadan, we should sacrifice our prayers and devotions to Almighty Allah to bring an end of the pandemic for us so that the world will go back to its normal business”.
While describing the pandemic as a trial by Almighty Allah, “it is a call for us to devote more to Allah by doing what will please Him”. He said.
Prof. Gwarzo described the witnessing of the occasion of the eidl fitr celebration as a privilege. “It is not by our power but by the power of Almighty Allah, May Allah forgive our sins, reward our ibadah and grant us the opportunity of witnessing many more”
